Secretariat officials of both chambers of Congress met yesterday at the Senate for the planned e-Congress web portal expected to be launched this year. The common web portal for the Congress of the Philippines is aimed at making legislative secretariat work more efficient, and legislative information more accessible, not only to researchers but also to the general public.
